$1 for 100 post, per post 1 cent

my forum www.page3point.com has very less matter I mean posts and thread so what do you people think if I start paying $1 per 100 post will people be attracted. This will help me to get content for my forum and after some time I will call off the offer. Let me know

 

Thats tooo low, you will have to pay around 10 cents a post to get much interest.

 

I would pay you 1$ to post 100 posts in forums too.

 

The problem with that is once you call off the offer you'll lose all your members. You'll probably even get some bad press by previous members.

But 1 cent a post is the general going rate, if you look at sites like mylot.com

1 cent per post is very doubtful. The only people that will respond to that offer will be spammers with automated software.

This is very low, i suggest better use your budget to implement some contests

 

I agree with this. Contests are a great way to market a site.

 

And maybe you could also offer additional incentives for other actions, like referring members, etc.
