Hi, fairly new to the forum and to joomla too. my question is.. how to move a page in php to joomla? like the create account or login page looks the same as the front end of my joomla site (been searching too but cud not get the right target) i came to think to just style the php page to look like the joomla site but the cons is i'm no php guy at the moment. anyone could help me out on this? i need to make a login, create account, user info page if i'm right i can just copy codes from the php page but i don't have any idea on how it will work on joomla + i'm really no php. i'm lost. if u could instruct me on the right thing to do, or link to a page i could get infos any help would be much appreciated.
OK, So are you trying to style your admin section to look like your frontend section, or what? I am a little confused by what you are trying to say...
ok the site i'm currently working(doc's site) on allows visitors/patients to register. so on the home page there is a link that leads to their account. on that page, the visitor can log in or if not register. my q is how to move those pages in joomla. and make it work. i had the idea of styling those pages(old page) and make it look like it's a page on joomla but i think it's impossible because i cannot locate the file that i need to tweak,(maybe the file that holds the layout etc) thanks for ur time
