Is my site got penalized ??

My site http://www.belmos.com had very good rank for good keywords like "weight loss pills", "best weight loss pills", "top weight loss pills", but now my rank completely went down,,, and all my traffic too went down,,,,, i like to know weather it is penalize or not... please help me with this,,,,

my domain age is 10 months even google gave me sitelinks for my site, but they are not like, it was only in webmaster tools, now sitelinks tooo gone,,,,,


the HOT is, my SERP is keep on increasing in Google Caffeine,,,,,

There is an online checker to see if your site had been banned or penalized and of course I can't find it.

Did you made recently some layout/content changes on your site? I had the same problem some weeks ago after I've changed a lot of things. Google "filtered" me for about a week and after that the site came back to his previous position in serp.

 

I agree with ceban...it could just be the "Google dance" after updating your content

have you made any major changes to your layout or design lately? I was ranking very well in google for a year, and just redid my template, and completely dropped off the map for EVERY term.

Usually when this happens to me, it goes away for a week or two then comes back with the same if not better rank

same problem with my, but my blog don't have pr3 still pr0 and in google webmaster i see a warning....
