But he never sent me the cpanel details or any traffic was delivered. I contacted him several times and even warned him I would put a dispute. But no answer at all! After 2 weeks I call it a loss and will open the Paypal dispute. Any other DP member having experience with sailormoon?

I don't like to do things this way and don't even know if I am in violation of DP rules... But this is the only way to get a hold on him. Because he seems to not care!
