    I can hand over the domain and full site/database for $250. It's a bespoke system with lite admin features and user signup/image posting. Paging is also built in so when it gets busy it can handle the uploads.

    I sold yesterday www.articlewolf.com for $250 with revenue of $2-4 per day with 300uv and growing.

    well i'm primiarily talking about the domain, which is absolutely NOT too high.

    the site however, i can be flexible with. even though it is a custom build script and had i built it FOR somebody would have charged a lot more than $250.

    agree, that's the ugly truth - when you order website you pay one fee but when you sell it - it's another price :(
