    hi friends

I have a questions. Suppose there is a domain which is already registered as www.xyz.com and I want the same domain so I get it registered as www.xyz.net. Will I be Violating any copyright or any other legal regulation? Also please tell me how it will affect my business(positively or negatively) .

you can register that tld :)

btw few companies names may be available in other tlds in that case
you are infringing the TM if the name is not a general term

What you are saying here is that the whole of the online market is unethical as many domain names have had all extension sold.

Its not unethical, its how the internet works and why there is a need to work on marketing and SEO for a website.

As for if you are going to have any issues?

If they have not registered all the domains for the company then you are fine to look to use it, where as if someone was to look to register Google.mx before they got hold of the domain, your looking at having to hand that over.

PM me the domain you are thinking about and i will tell you if you are free to purchase as you want or if you should stay away from it.

You can search for the domain info via Whois - fetch the email address of the owner, contact them regarding the same. :)
