    How many articles you have in your database?
    Are these articles your copyright or you have a deal with authors, and what kind of deal?
    Do you have a backend engine for article management?
    Are these articles unique or just clones from another URLs?

    The site has 260 articles. Some of the articles are submitted personally by authors building backlinks to their site but mostly of the articles are from articletrader distribution lists.

    Yes, you only need to review the articles before approving them. I can say unique articles if the author submitted only to a single health article directory sites but mostly authors are submitting their articles to sites listed on the distribution lists.

    Yes, I'll be the one to move the site to your hosting and will also tell you what files to modify for your adsense code. There are only 2 files for the code.

    Highest bid is now $75 but mainly looking for the bin price.

    I forgot on my 1st post. I also have the right not to sell the site if the expected price does not meet.
