If you were banned once, 9% you will be banned again if you apply with same info.
There are very high chances that even in 1% case, you wont get payment.
Gopogle guys are very shrewd in this regard.
Just get a different company, a different DBA, LLC or sole owner company and open a fresh account.

You'll have to change your entity altogether including with your net provider, your websites, all your previous accounts with other sites. Google spiders crawls everywhere and the information is gathered together and analyzed for google profits. If they find any connection with your other entity with your previous banned one, google is in profit as these people don't have to pay you. Its google's pure (AND BIGGEST) profit. So these people do not allow you again at any cost. I changed my entire identity and dump all previous work to get google adsense, but all in vain. It somehow find the connection and now I fed up and started using other services or just affiliate commissions which is also bring good profits.

you cant apply your name again you have to change at least 1- or more letters from your name

    Example:

    you name is : jack

your banned account name was :jack

your new account name will be like :jak

    got the idea?

For you the suggestion is - Sit quiet for a year or so. Then apply for a different site with diff company name and different address.
One of my friend was in similar scenario. He changed 16 identities. Google caught him all 15 times.
16th Time they sent him a check of pending dues to his real address and to his real address. Goes without saying it was to tell him that G is smarter than him and obviously the check had stop payment on it.

Don't believe those fairy tales. You can apply again if you didn't try to steal from them ( click fraud etc).

When you're banned, you are done.

You may try to solve the issue with google (good luck!).

You can always apply with your grandfather's ID. :)

You cant just stop at a "different entity" man... Using the same credit card = fail. Using the same address = fail.

Google is not practicing forgiveness. It is aware of the fact that those who violated its rules did it intentionally and deliberately. Of course there are exemptions. Put up an appeal.

I have been banned once and my second application got rejected. Use speedyads. The do not offer such high rates but you can see live stats of your verified earnings. Google mostly bans when you have almost or have reached payout.

You can't. What you can do now is use a name of your relative to a different address. The chances of being accepted again into the network is very slim, however its worth the try if you can present proof that your site's activity is decent.
