Please help me on paypal, I am a starter

    I have ICICI saving account + debit card, when i am willing to create pay pal account by adding debit card details, it's showing "bank has been denied your card", what to do for creating paypal account, I do not have Credit card of any bank, the ICICI bank stopped for issuing new CREDIT cards.

    "I will success if create paypal account to start my online business.."

    Any earlier responses would be appreciable

    Debit cards are not accepted in INDIA to verify paypal account. You need a valid CC or get a Debit card from SBI(SBI YUVA card/Visa International card)

    Get yourself verified through valid CC (hdfc bank cc,axis bank cc,sbi cc etc.).

    Its recommended that avoid using VCC for indian paypal verification :rolleyes:

    ^ There is no other way to increase the limits. Verification is the only solution.

    Debit card is not accepted for verifying your paypal account in India. Buy a vcc :D

    Get a top up credit card.you can sign up from any country and most can be activated on paypal

    NO, you cannot verify using bank account in India. It is possible for US residents though ;)
