What would be the best CMS to accomplish this..... ?

I have a very simple task. I want to post a news article headline, have the headline be a link to the original article, and right below it have the first couple sentences of the article.

Which CMS should I install? Do you know any that will let me accomplish this pretty easily? I also want to categorize the articles.

Use wordpress. That is whats its for unless the originals live elsewhere.

Use any feed to post plugin and customize it to your requirement

 

If you have no other plans for your site, wordpress may do. If you want to expand
in the future, choose Joomla or Drupal.

 

Wordpress is unanamous here, you can very easily put in a rss reader to do this for you on the fly, and people can post or make comments after each post.
