Selling Partially Established Hosting Business w/ Clients + 1YR C2Q Server for $600 -

    I need to sell this so I can pursue my career in photography.

    Included:
    -HostingSurplus.com Domain Name + Website ($10 a year, godaddy)
    -WHMCS Owned License (paid $250)
    -2 Months left of cPanel License ($30 a month after)
    -WHMPHP License ($7 a month)
    -Quad-Core Dedicated server at worldstream.nl (no payment until July 2010) [$600 every 6 months]


    There are currently 7 clients which bring in $58.65 monthly via paypal. The total server operating cost is $37 monthly until July 2010. This should be plenty of time to gain a larger client-base. July 2010 you have to pay $100 more monthly to keep the server alive.

    The $600 price is a fraction of what I paid for all of this. The server alone cost me $1200. =/ I'll only trade with someone that has positive itrader. Paypal.

    The $37 monthly is for cPanel and WHMPHP. Not the server.

    I'll take it for 400 but i would like to know something, if you have recuring order of $58/month why on earth would you like to sell it for $400.

    I am not even considering your clients base for my purchase, i am taking this as a chance to get 9 month server cost for $400. So would you mind showing me aproof that i'll get what i am looking for? (the server costs paid till Jully 2010)

    I did want to get into photography, but now I won't even be able to do that because my parents are getting divorced. It's just a bad time for me I guess. I put all my the money I had into it, and now getting some back short-term would be most helpful right now.

    Here's the image I had on the eBay listing. Server invoices that I paid are right center.
