Prepaid Visa and Mastercard works just fine, it's a real card and usually has your name tied to it. You can use it at POS (point of sale), to withdraw cash and online. When it's a card with your name embossed on it, you can be sure it's good for paypal
Its better than VCC coz is reloadable and the fee is low. VCC can only used for 1 times. Some more prepaid Visa can control the spending by only able to use the fund available at the account.
vcc is not good specially in verifying your paypal account because once paypal ask for the cc statement, you dont know where to get it because its a vcc, my advice for you is to get a credit card near to you so that you will be %100 paypal user. if you use vcc you might get limitation on paypal or 180 days money hold.
paypal will ask for a real cc statement when limiting your account because sometimes they have to screen every account, they better get a real credit card so that they can give the real information because if we failed to give the cc statement during screening, they will limit the account forever and hold the money for 180 days.
yeah, if you want an account without restrictions, you better go get yourself a VCC... you will usually have problem verifying yoru account with a Debit card. Trust me.. i have that same problem.
