    PR8 domain can easily sell for $X,XXX range... by the way, I'd recommend you to develop the domain, then selling links or banners on it... all the best! :)

    Agree - I have seen ppl pay lower $X,XXX for lower PR6 or even PR5

    But if you have the time and telnet developing it and selling links on it in any form or shape can bring you that amount easily in a year or two.
