Personally i have no idea why people rank these sort of domains as highly as they do, i mean have you every gone to a search engine and searched for qq6?

With people liking these i would say $100 but again i don't know why they carry such value.

But there are many not short domains with high value

CCC.org is not rare... you can find and hand reg a lot of CCC.org, so if undeveloped I'd say reg fee at the moment... all the best!
