hello guys, Just wondering to know that VCC is legal or not....If yes than why paypal dont block our account if no than why.... Plzz post your answers because i dont have knowledge about that it is legal or not....
PayPal don't allow verification through VCC and they will certainly limit your account if they found you to be using VCC. They ask for CC verification so that they can have your right identity and also as a back up funding source if needed. However VCC don't fulfill either of the conditions, hence PayPal is not in favor of VCC. Regards
If you use one time credit card, you can't confirm your address later if ever paypal ask you to do this. Well a lot of guys still manage to use credit cards and surprisingly the survives.
I verfied my PP personal by VCC. After that when I tried to make a transation PP make me Limited and want "Proof of Address". I delivered that document. Now I'm verified and making transaction. Is there any chance to make block me in future by PP?
Its simple ! You can send any utility bill of your house which comes with your address ! That would be your proof of address. - Digital -
just recently i got my account limited after receiving lot of funds from my winnings here on DP. they ask me to send some proof of address, and cc or bank account. lol, since im still 17 i can only send them an invoice with my name and address. and luckly they accept it. and one day, i called them about using vcc, an agent told me that they allow us using vcc, and said still its not safe. lol but i told him that ill use one for my account, got my account verified and unlimit as well after calling and calling them.
I am using vcc for my acct for almost 2yrs. What I can say is that I haven't encounter any problem yet.
I use VCC on 2 of my paypal account .. and it's ok for me all this time .. one account has even alive for 2 years .. Paypal once ask for proof of address when they limited my account .. fortunately the VCC seller can help me .. But yea, I can't use VCC verified paypal at many online stores .. I guess that was the limitation ..
