There are four cards from SBI which works in PayPal, but eligibility for YUVA suits everyone and so the recommendation for it. And about delivery time its 10days. And About statement, your account statement stands good for PayPal. Your Account statement will contain the Card Details as well if you have used it.
But they should give details of debit card also. We need all transaction details. Are you sure that we don't get transaction detail ?

No, they don't ask everyone for cc statement ! They only ask when a big problem occurs regarding transactions in your PayPal account ! Or something else like creating lot of accounts from same IP. - Digital -
