I think nowadays, there are hardly any TV shows that are good for kids as most of them talk about/show adult content.
If you talking about today's show which is not any moral of social issue than you have avoid TV from your child because there is nothing but adultery contain in all the so called realty shows. There are very few channels which shows kids kind of program. I think people should force there children not only in cartoon but also similarly in sport and other activities.
My son watches Ben Ten, Tom and Jerry, Courage the Cowardly dog. He spends most of his time either playing GTA on PS or PSP or playing flash games online.
Cartoons, in fact, are not as simple we think. Some animes we adults also like. Why? The story or the characters are personified, in other words, the only differences lie in the images presented in front of us. So whether someting fit for kids or not depends on its theme and content, but not only the images.
your list has a truly good collection of TV shows but there are many countries where these programs are not available. Generally speaking, cartoon networks are the best for kids. It's my personal view.
