Best Free Web Hosting Site? FTP

    What is the best FREE web hosting site? I have made a website and want to publish it, but I am in high school and have no credit card or money for that matter. What do you guys use and suggest? I need it so that I can upload FTP.

    Since you require FTP access,i do suggest you try this frihost since they offer FTP access.

    I also recommend freehostia. I don't know if you have a domain name. With freehostia you can host your own domain name or use their subdomain (your-username.freehostia.com).
