Hello all DP members, I'm glad to announce that i launched my new website that's all about adsense, the site is not a 100% complete so i apologize for that.. give the site a visit and tell me what you think ---
The first thing you should do is read google's TOS before they see your site and ban your account. "Don’t register Google trademarks as second-level domain names." http://www.google.com/permissions/guidelines.html Putting their trademark in a domain name is infringement.
Are you serious? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second-level_domain You should also read the adsense TOS - the one you agreed to when you signed up. "Publicity. You agree that Google may use Your name and logo in presentations, marketing materials, customer lists, financial reports, Web site listings of customers, Search Results Pages, and Referral Pages. If You wish to use Google's trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features ("Brand Features"), You may do so, so long as such use is in compliance with this Agreement and in compliance with Google's then current Brand Feature use guidelines, and any content contained or referenced therein, which guidelines may be found at the following URL: http://www.google.com/permissions/guidelines.html (or such other URL Google may provide from time to time). "

You can't put someone's trademark in a domain name - especially when the content relates to their business or classification. Any domain you register with a google trademark is going to be infringement. You could use something like www.jasonsadtips.com/adsense-tips.html. When you register a domain that is infringing upon someone's trademark (adding words doesn't get around infringement) they have a few options: They might not do anything. They might send you a C&D letter ordering you to turn over the domain to them. They might sue you for trademark infringement and ask for damages, all revenue the site have ever made, plus treble their legal fees in cases of infringement against a registered mark (and adsense is a registered mark). You could easily be looking at hundreds of thousands of dollars in a full blown legal battle - and that's without damages being added. They might just file a UDRP to take the domain. Now google isn't real sue happy. I would guess the chances of them suing you are pretty slim (which doesn't mean it is zero). The biggest immediate problem is running adsense on the site and getting your account banned. It's a lifetime ban with no second chances, no payout. The chances of getting permission to use one of their trademarks in a domain name are about zero, but you could try calling or emailing them (I have no idea of their trademark contact info). You are also need to realize that just because other people have infringing domains, it doesn't make it legal, and you would still be in violation of the adsense TOS. I would certainly remove the adsense code until you hear back from them.
thanks alot for the help, if i change the domain name to anything else example www.makemoney.com and i talk about adsense and all the tips, is that ok or do i still need to ask them ?
Sure, you could a domain that doesn't have one of their trademarks in it. You could do something like www.makemoney.com/adsense-tips.html (as long as you aren't making claims or are leading people to belief it is an official site of google).
thanks alot mjewel, do you think i should contact google apologizing ? and if yes should i contact the adsense team or google team ?
that's what happened to me. My account didn't get banned, adsense simply stopped working on this site, so I let the domain dies out, and it wasn't even the trademark, but close enough, name was adsensigg..
