Can't send money in paypal

    Hi,

    I'm a verified paypal member from Israel.

    I have only 1.95$ in my account from the verification

    I want to send money for another user, and when I try it says:

    Sorry, your payment won't go through. To make it work, you'll need to add money to your account and pay with your PayPal balance.

    However in the add funds option I should have a U.S bank account, and I don't have one..

    you should just send the money that you have already in your balance

    If your CC have enough balance,Just add CC to ur paypal..

    I know.I think he mentioned he can't send the money via paypal(not just from paypal balance) :)

    Hi,

    I have enough money in my credit card, and I want to pay with it.
    I don't have money in paypal account,
    and it doesn't allow me sending money or to add funds..

    I'm a verified member so it's really weird..

    Hmm I think you can pay with your attached credit card on paypal. Have you tried it yet? If the problem still perisist then contact paypal ASAP

    May be you had verified using a VCC, no problem, I'm working on ADDing Funds to Paypal, moneybooker, and Alertpay..without a US bank and Credit cards. perhaps I can help you if you mail me......sure!

    Sometimes paypal is just weird in their working. I have had a verified paypal for sometime, and then they just sent me a mail that they have limited my account with about $50 in it.
    I am currently in West Africa doing some work and they want me to confirm my location so they can lift the limitation on my account.
    Hoe do i do that when i am not in the states right now?

    i have the same problem
    but im in from the countre where it does not allowed to put money in paypal account,so only way its to pay directley through credit card
    we was paying that way and after 6 transactions per one day
    we cant pay now
    support of paypal dont know what is the problem.....
