hmmmm, no content on page only the domain name + keywords in URL are good enough ! not sure if that really breaks rules ?

The page looks like its sole purpose is to serve ads, in which case I think it breaks TOS.

The site definitely violates TOS with that headline. Some people just never learn!

report it and see what happens. Or, to be exact, what doesn't.

wasnt this site discussed a few months back, they are trying to trick you, they make it seems as if the ads are the only links on the website.

Only if they buy traffic. I doubt they get more than one or two people stumbling across it via the SE's a day. Plus, if all you have is 2 visitors, and both click, you can get 100% CTR. :)

well thats really a very strange way of putting ads but i don't understand which part of TOS it violates.

If you see it from visitor's point of view all it shows is that there are some extra br tags between ads and content. Now who's going to decide how many tags are good enough and how many are AGAINST TOS.

Says this right above the ads:

" Resources on 4d Picture Ultrasound can be found underneath here. "

Wouldn't this make visitors think that the ads are the resources, since they don`t see anything else above the fold? That would be against the TOS.

Agree, i think it would come under drawing undue attention to the ads

The question is, how many of these such sites does this person operate, and how much money are they making google?
