Established Image host 6000 members

I have an established image host that seems to be quite popular and has been getting up to 60 new members/day!

The total right now is 6000 members The numbers of new signups has been on the increase for some time now...

I attempted to monetise it slightly, by adding a unoptimised adsense banner and a chikita banner (again very poorly optimised through lack of time). This could be improved greatly, as i just literally stuck it on there!

The site made just $47.88 in august through adsense, but managed a whopping 91,506 impressions (anything from 1400 - 4100 impessions/day)

So far this month, it has made $15.91 through 27,797 impresions...

I had to switch off awstats for this site as it was bringing the dedicated server down just processing them!!

I made some awstats shots for june and may (but only switched on 15th may and switched off june 14th 12pm). There was a time (started 26th may) where for some reason awstats was picking up every image hit as a visitor and so you will see a massive jump for the time it was doing this.

I have managed to sell links on this site for $8/month and you could reasonably expect to sell up to 10, making $80/month.

So the income to be considered for this could be $50 +$80 = $130/month

The potential of this site to someone who can harness the decent traffic and new/existing members, is far greater than i have been able to achieve through my lack of time on this site.

Reason for selling - i need to sell off some sites and close down my dedicated server as i am starting a new business that will take all of my time...

What is the server specs? Space,Band,Price

 

As i stated i had to switch off this domain's stats as it was bringing down my server whenever it tried to process that huge amount of data.

You are going to want at least a decent vps or preferabley a dedicated server for this. There are ALOT of image hits obviously I'm currently on Hostforweb dedicated 1gb RAM. Looking at WHM this domain has used 41.8Gb bandwidth so far in august!! Space required is going to be around 1Gb+. It uses a Mysql db, but literally just for users, not for images etc...
