Google will give you this authority ranking if your sites is well established, well known and well written!

It takes a lot of time to get this, and not all sites will get this.

You have to be trustworthy!

 

I think google do it itself.

The day before yestoday, my friend asked the same question, but I also don't know why, I think if our sites are very good, they will!

 

They are called Sitelinks. Google generate them automatically based on their algorithm. Its completely automated process. Normally site with high PR and quality contents, high traffic gets these.. I have sitelinks for one of my blog. I can see them in webmaster but i was never able to get them on search page with any keyword

 

u need to get lots of backlink and as a result u will get this link

 

This kind of sitelink is generate by google, it seems only appear for the first of the search result

 

There are sitelinks too for those serps not on top, only they are one line sitelinks...
