I'd prefer not to since that would expose my niches.

Well, I'm not using a landing page right now, but one of my sites is a review site with several pages on different products, so they are all landing pages for individual products. I made the website on Dreamweaver.

The registry cleaning niche is not my new-found niche. My new one has a seriously high demand with a low amount of results. Still, I'd rather not release my review site. I had to get started without being able to see anyone's websites from these forums, and I'd like to keep it that way. I don't like spoon feeding.

I had posted several articles to ezine They were very strict on it to accept the articles. Nearly i had posted more than 20 articles as they were considered only 2 articles . I thought i was unable to write articles as from i have seen every one facing problems in ezine .

Now I'm improving my articles skills and resend to ezine directory .

    Thanks to DP members.

Like I said before, it hasn't been an issue for me. This morning I had 1 get rejected, but that was because I said "the top 3 ways" in the title, and I had 4 in the article. Mistake on my part, so I changed the title to "top 4 ways" and it was accepted.

Now I don't mean this to be offensive, so please don't take it that way, but what you typed in your reply would not be considered good English by native English speakers. The only way to get better at English is to live in a society that speaks it 98% of the time. Now, your English speaking is better than my Spanish speaking by far, so props to you for learning as much as you have!

I seriously suck at Spanish. In fact, I had 3 full years of Spanish instruction. I still can't communicate easily with native Spanish speakers. I would have to go to a Spanish speaking country for a few years if I wanted to learn how to speak in their dialect. So I know where you're coming from when trying to write in a non-native language.

    I hope this was helpful.

Yea, just submitting articles only to ezine. Nothing else at the moment.

    Day 5 Update

Well, I need to write some more articles....I've only written 1 today which is going to be a problem if I don't get more for today.

My view rates have already dropped dramatically....I can't figure out why. A few have made it to first page rankings, so I would expect more views....

Would a possible explanation that the first floods of views come from the recently published articles section on Ezine? That's all I can think of.

I have edited 2 of my current articles with a new keyword that is performing quite well for traffic, and also increased the length of my hyperlinks so the reader sees them easily. For instance "Click Here", it is now "Click Here For A Complete Guide". Hopefully that will help a low CTR on one of my articles.

Since I took down 2 articles to re-submit, my view count is all screwed up. So the following view count is an estimation of what I think it was.

    Here's the Tally

    Articles Submitted: 14 (1 new)
Articles Approved: 13 (11 live, 2 awaiting re-approval for edits)
    Total Traffic (total views): 550
    Total URL Clicks: 78
Total CB Hops: 77 (47 for 1 product, 13 for another I just started Direct linking, the rest equally spread out)
    Sales: 0

I'm noticing that my one landing page I'm using for one niche is seriously not performing too well. My total hop count for article referred hops is actually 70, because I got SE traffic on 2 of my sites that I'm not writing on, they are simply getting random SE traffic, and they resulted in 7 hops. Not bad for sites I haven't touched for a few weeks.

But basically I'm finding my landing pages to be leaking customers. Not good at all.

So I'm about to go edit my articles to do direct linking now. I don't want to since it erases the stats of the previous articles, so I will store those results before I re-submit them.

I've also got a question for any accomplished article/bum marketers. Do you use the same keywords in every article? Obviously there aren't going to be 100 or more different keyphrases, so I would assume not. Do some articles simply rank higher than others even though they use the same keywords?

    Hey Burt,

    So I understand you correctly.

Is your landing page a pre-sell page that you created before sending them to the actual sales page of the product? And since it's not working, you're just going to send them directly to the sales page through your hoplink?

I'm promoting a product where I have a couple of articles that go to my presell page first, and from there sent over 360 hops to the actual sales page, but only have one sale from it.

I'm wondering if the actual sales page of the product isn't working.

Is this similar to what you're talking about?

    Good luck!

Well, once they get to my presell landing page, they aren't clicking my hoplinks. It's a review style presell page. So I'm going to try direct linking since it's free traffic. I had more hoplink clicks with PPC which I find rather intriguing.

I had another landing page that was a blog/wordpress style and I wouldn't get that many hoplink clicks on there either. That is now a direct link.

Remember you need to buy a domain name to re-direct to your hoplink in order to comply with Ezinearticles affiliate direct-linking terms.

Yep, I've got plenty. I own 20 or so domains, haha, and I add more .info fore redirects.

Per DP Rules I will no longer update this thread. Sorry.

It's all about trial and error.. And Aff. Biz is really a number's game. No one can lose if you are serious about what you're doing. If you are focusing purely on article marketing then submit a consistent number of articles on monthly basis. (200-500 should do).. and you'll soon get some big paychecks.

If you fail on one campaign, there's surely be 3 or more profitable capaigns in the future so never give up. Write more articles and submit them to the top directories.

I think one of the other way is to create a 300 word article and then give an expanded 500 word article version of that article in the pre-sell page.
I have not tried this, but read this to increase conversion.

You can try that as well and see if it helps.
