I feel as if there is too much information presented on the front page. I think maybe you should cut some of the fat off and it would be more presentable. When a user comes to glance quickly....it's impossible to tell what's worth reading and what's just bloated.

I do like your article slider though.

The layout and template looks clean and attractive but the loading time was bit slow due to more stuff in home page.

The blog is loading little bit slow due to huge amount of images are used in the blog, try to decrease it..

Hi loads to slow, i would also direct people more clearly to your opt in, incentivize any potential clients. EG sign up for our stock tips and receive .... I would put it on the top right where your "stock rants" banner is. after all i presume you haven't put the site up cos you got nothing better to do?

Agreed problem is I am very new into the website world so still learning. What do you think about popup email subscription ad though say 20 seconds in?
