Hii every one... around 1 month back my paypal got limited(i had to pay one guy 4$ ,as i had exams i did not come online and completely forgot about him). i have never ever withdrawn money from that paypal account to my bank account... now i am shit scared whether or not I will be able to create another paypal account with the same name i.e my name, and will I face any difficulties in withdrawing the money from the new paypal account.. now can i create another paypal account with my name?if not is there any way around this? I think you should upload documentto paypal,Then paypal will remove ur limit.. How many paypal accounts do you have??Paypal only allows 2 accounts per person Thanks
Register complain.. If you haven't done anything wrong then they will certainly remove the limit. You can also use your friend's account for receive payment for now. Why you are worried so much.. everything will be fine
Well, if you haven't added any bank account in your last PayPal then you can make a new one. There's no problem in it ! But its always good to get your limitations removed. - Digital -
It doesn't really matter. You can create another account but you can't use same bank accounts or credit cards for more than one account at a time.
Yes, you can but its always better that you remove limitations from your a/c. and its very easy. Just go to resolution center and provide them the (scanned) image of your personal documents and it will be fine
