Back links increase the page rank, but if there any additional strategy to increase the Google page rank.

Well I can say that "Content" is still a factor that affects the page rank numbers.

 

Bascically, there is no easy way to improve PR. The process has to be hard and time-consuming, and plus no one guarentee your results.

But those techniques should help u more or less.

3. Relevant Forum Posting
4. Social Bookmarking Site
5. Making a blog entry
6. Link Exchange

I thing Google calculating PR by age, BL and its quality and then site quality ( content on page optimization)

 

Forget pagerank. IF you build quality links and content it will come anyway.

Backlinks with dofollow increases page rank.
Nofollow backlinksdon't increase pagerank.

Anchor text is relevant to SERPs not PR. Of course, the high quality backlinks bit still applies

I've seen a site with only one PR5 sitewide backlink (according to Yahoo Site Explorer) and it had PR4. So if you want PR, it looks like you need to get links from sites with as high PR as possible.

Having said all that, all this PR stuff is just nonsense anyway

Content doesn't directly increase page rank as far as I know. Pagerank is sololy a measure of how important your site is on the web. More dofollow links from important sites (high pr) will increase the pr of the site.
