nice site from a content point of view - the only thing I would change would maybe be the header image - I dont think it goes with the gradient that well.
Nice design and layout. I would rework the title colors on item icons. This green is hard to read, somehow pokes my eyes Also as someone mentioned word "languages" is still not so visible as it probably should be, or even be removed since flags are self explanatory.
Great site - I almost signed up! Lots of depth and over 10000 members. The green writing is easier for me to read than the blue which could be darker.

Jim, You are using frames for your site and for good SEO - it is not considered to be a good practice. Of course there are opinions for and against it, but personally I do not recommend building sites with frames - you stand to lose out in Search Engine War. Lack of Title and other tags again - is an area of improvement I would recommend. Click on sitemap - led me to error page served from 000webhost.com On the GUI front - it is pleasing to eyes and Green has already been mentioned as eye sore - so not talking about it any more
nice site, good layout and content but i think you should make the (How does Free Incentives work?) blue banner little smaller , other than that its great
