Got these 2 sites i need to sell. Cleaning out the sites i have to make room for extra time. My WP site at vasthtml.com has become very big and i dont have the time to place in my smaller sites.

No, not that they cant i just haven't had time to do anything... useful with them like i planed. This is why im only asking $25 for them. Your paying for the domain, and the work i have put into it and this point.

 

you write on your iconsite that you don't own them, buth they are on your server...so, illegal copy, content ?
When you say you're a directory, the icons must be on a third party server !

could you explain that please, i'm interested in your site but don't want illegal content hosted...

 

"the icons must be on a third party server" i have a few directories and i have never heard of this one. if its illegal for me to host the icons then how would it be legal for someone else to? I do not in any way claim the rights to have made or resale these icons which i have stated. All copyrights are respect of there authors. The reason they are hosted on the site is because most of the time a after a few months the athors site is shut down, or something happens and the icons are no longer available. Hosting on the icon site means they will always be available to everyone.

 

I think that there must be a difference between hosting and embedding a copyrighted content.
If there is no difference I would like to host youtube videos instead of embed. Any lawyer around here?

 

But where are these icons coming from...did you upload them, if so then you "own" them however wich not means that you create them...you have bought these icons ?
If you can't proof you have the license to them i'm afraid then they are illegal content...ain't ?

Would you prefer i take the icons off and then sell it? Is that your logic? if you cant prove your Innocent then your guilty? i thought it was the other way around to be honest.

FYI the videos on youtube dont belong to you tube but the people that upload them. You can host all the videos on youtube you want to, they dont belong to them. The owners may be a bit upset.


Let me make this clear, All the files on the site are available for free. I am not selling the files on these sites. I am not claiming them has mine. You do not need a license if you are not SELLING the content. If you are not asking or talking about buying the sites then do not spam my content, if you want to buy the sites but the content is a problem then feel free to tell me to take the content off. Otherwise go read GNU, GPL, and a few other things and leave the post alone.
