    What OS? Location preference? Any sort of panels? Minimum RAM/HDD? What kind of bandwidth?

    These are pretty much required questions, that way we can lead you in the right direction...and not somewhere that puts you out of budget.

    You are really going to have to be more specific. What kinda of technical specs are you looking for? Do you require a control panel of some kind? These factors will all dictate the price greatly.
