Pls tell me how much worth these domain names are.....

Personally i think that you have well undershot the market here and would see the domains as being worth about the reg fee undeveloped.

Advice would be for you to build a site on them and then look to sell the complete site and domain connected.

i totally agree with you.. it would be better to built Blog/Site on them, gain more traffic and backlink, get the high PR, and then sell them.
