Selling RELIST - Premier League Football Site

Looking to sell one of the best sites that i own in order to raise funds for another project that is currently running over budget.

The site is a football news and rumour website that is powered by Wordpress.

In my last listing i was consistantly asked if this site was auto updating, i'm afraid that i prefer to post my own version of news stories as i am a big believer that you should have to create your own content.

Due to the site being powered by wordpress it would be easy for any person who wants to have the site as auto, to edit and make it function in that way.

One of the best things about the website has to be the domain name that its based upon, www.premiershipnews.org.

The domain is keyword and has a high amount of searches per month within google as per adwords and trends.

Price on the site will be set to $100 which is priced to sell as the domain cost me more than that alone!

The site is running adsense at the moment and so far has made £1.22.

Looking about the site here i have seen that there are better paying networks that will offer more cash in the long run but i need fast cash.

Domain is held at godaddy.

Listing is for 24 hours as i hope to have sold within that time.

Can I ask how the site is run? For example do you post or do you pull from RSS and also were is the majority of your traffic from? If its from the search engines could I have a list of the main keywords driving traffic.

The site is still young and has been about for about a month so the next google update will definately see the site hit a PR, personally i would think PR 2 but thats only my thoughts.

The traffic to the site is mostly through the Google search engine and analytics show the break down of traffic and keywords as:

Nice site and you have done a good job with the SEO and link building however the traffic is too seasonal for me.
