Yes, you can easily withdraw your $$$$ from PP to any Indian bank securely. It would take about 3 days for complete transaction. The only thing you should keep in mind while withdrawing is to fill the correct information about the bank , which you would have added to PP a/c.
I frequently receive money to my Indian bank account from my PP. No Issues. But you make sure that you are verified and also the name in your bank account and paypal account mathces.
