Some one bought Mobile Scratch Cards from me. Worth $45 I delivered him all the cards through Email address. But know he open a dispute in PayPal All my funds are Blocked my PayPal and now they need Proof of Delivery. I have no proof, because these was just Mobile Scratch cards, which i send through Email. I don't know what to do now. Please any one help me.
I agree calling paypal support is much more effective than emailing them. Sometimes they even email you and tell you to call them.
tell paypal the situation you discussed here, with the snapshot of Email as a proof, Why u trade with that sort of person? pakistan mobile cards via paypal ? strange
Paypal always side with the buyer... I am sorry to hear that...I think you had better contact the buyer asap..... Good luck
Have you tried to contact your buyer for this ? Moreover that just call paypal and let them know of everything related to this transaction for a quick sort out of this problem IMO. DON.
Same Thing is coming in my mind, Paypal does not work for pakistan. Then how he is trading via paypal?
Paypal does not always side with the buyer. Although I have had mixed results and have heard other stories of mixed results, even some solid cases being denied.(sometimes almost seems like they pick the result out of a hat. Get all the proof you can and call. Sometimes it is hard to get through, but then try again. Leaving it up to email alone will not have great results.
I don't know that why he open dispute. I have no proof. The Email which i send to him is in our language. PayPal will not accept this. What a funny thing happened with me.
First of all, please take a deeeeeeep breath and relax. Now answer these questions: What is the reason for dispute? You can find it after logging on to PayPal and going to resolution center. Is the reason "Product not delivered", or "Not as described"? How did this person buy things from you? Was it Ebay or not?
You must ask the buyer directly that why did he opened the dispute.. comfirm it if he really got the scratch cards or had some misunderstanding about it. Your emails are in your regional language but it must be having the mobile scratch card numbers so just mail paypal support and let them know that you communicated in your regional language but it can create a problem for you as paypal will lock your account saying paypal is not even allowed in Pakistan
The main problem for me is that i am from pakistan and one of my friend create PayPal for me.He is is cypress. What will heppen if i will not respond to this dispute. Is my PayPal account will be blocked.
I can not speak for other countries, but if you do not respond at all they will win automatically. If you get multiple ones they may close your account due to high risk.
Your account will NOT be blocked but buyer will receive his money back. You should contact PayPal and provide them as much useful information as you can. Please be sure to write it was ELECTRONIC good.
