Check out in directoryroll.com. This is the guy who did directory submission for me. He has some high PR list in his website.
you can visit the directory forum or do a search here on DP to find such list. there are lots of them. you can also visit directorycritic where you will find wide range of lists
This. DirectoryCritic is the best source for directories. However, the value of placing your link in the majority of them is negligible imo
