Cpanel VPS ?

    is there any differnece to the Regular licence? and does this include WHM also?

    cPanel VPS optimized is the same as the original cPanel/WHM, it just uses less memory.

    Yes it has WHM.

    you can buy your license any other cpanel/whm reseller store, it is better to buy your cpanel license addon to your hosting package, you may can save it than to buy outside.

    usually this is the case.

    Just get the license from your provider, they should be able to provide a cheap license.

    what i mean is , whats the diffenrece from from a Dedicated server licence , and a VPS licence, and why it is so much cheaper.
