What could be the reason ?

The Ad is set to run in content network and has about a dozen keywords still I see no impressions which means ad is not appearing in the content network.

Need some advice on what to do with this ad in order to get some Impressions/clicks ?

It could also mean that the keywords you picked have shit for traffic.

Did you do keyword research prior to launching this campaign?

Yes I did. The ad is set to run only on content network. How to know if my keywords are not in the content network ?????

All the keywords are broad keywords.

It is not showing quality score for any of my keywords. What does this mean ?

There is a lot to check for a successful campaign.

Is the campain started or paused?
Are your bids to low ?
How many search for your keywords? Are they popular or not

    Need more info to help.

The campaign is active and approved.

Yes I have bid too low for the content network something like max $0.05 CPC.

Do searches matter for keywords in the content network ?

Have you checked the ad in google search with your keyword. If the ad shows it means that your ad is running, or if the ad is not showing it means, that 1) your max cpc is very low 2) may be your keyword rank is too low.

Check with the ad diagnostic tool, you will get help there.

The ad is set to run only in the content network.

Is there any way to find if the ad is appearing in content network ?

I will have to make another ad now as I have no hope in this one but still keep this one active to see what happens in the next coming days.

Your bid is way to low.
Start your bid at .25 cents and decrease it until your comfortable with its performance.

You may want to avoid broad terms. General keywords tend to bring a lot of traffic but much of it is not qualified and will not result in sales. Keep an eye on it closely so you do not make Google rich and yourself broke.

There's your answer. Don't START your bids at .05. If anything. OVERBID to get your CTR up. Then you can start dropping your bids, as google will automatically drop your CPC.
