Hi, it's well placed, the problem is on pages like this: http://www.noticie.com.br/imoveis/casas-apartamentos-para-aluguel what you're doing is called "labelling the ads" so you make it look as if the ads are what is written above them. This has been described in adsense's TOS and is not allowed. If you need to write something above the ads it can only be things like "advertisement" or "sponsored links" so it's best not to have anything above the ads. Move the title below the ads if you want to keep adsense on your site.
