I must be doing something wrong. My site has been up over a year with Google Ads on every page, but I have yet to receive my first income. I have dozens of pages and an now averaging about 2300 hits an month visiting and average 4300 pages. See it at www.home-building-answers.com.

You have no Google ads on your home page.

    1) Put ads on the main page and 2) swap one of your small Adsense link units with the Yahoo Translate at the top left. You will see much better clicks-thrus. With your traffic you can get about $40-50/month.

With that kind of pageviews you should have been making good amount of money, i m surprised
Try adding a rectangle ad spot in between the content of the page and one link unit on top below the header and another link unit at the end of the page

I saw this and felt compelled to say something even tho the thread's a bit old. I think you really should redesign the whole layout with a focus on ads in unconventional spots.

You should be making oodles with that topic.

Try a adsense leaderboard (image only) on the top middle area or something. If you're getting two hundred pageviews, you should get at the very least 10 clicks a day and with that topic (real estate and home building stuff is good money) making atleast a good $15 a day minimum. That's being conservative. Redesign the layout if you have to, but above all add some ads to the middle area. Your ads on most of the site are hardly visible or ugly looking.

I have had a number of articles posted on my sites , creating blogging/informational pages surrounded with google and a few other ads. When i check adsense control panel i see page impressions but never any income from the ads.... one of my pages is:
    http://bloggerdaddy.webatu.com/ONLINE%20MONEY%20MAKING%20IDEAS%20BLOGGER%20DADDY%20CA/index.html

any one have any insight for me? thank you for your time.

why do you ask advice if you don't follow? It's been several days and you haven't done the minimum changes.
Of course your ad placement is horrible, you should ask for specific advice in another thread, in the correct forum.

I just joined moments ago....What are you talking about? follow what advice? what minimum changes? what are you referring to with "several days"? I posted in this thread in this forum because it was talking about a similar thought.

You certainly seem rude.. Even if i am all messed up here with my info and even if i put it in a wrong place , there are more pleasant ways to communicate!

carltcarlt, chill out, I'm not even talking to you! My message is for the original poster. If you want people to talk to you, open a new thread and ask for advice, don't use someone's else thread to do it, because you'll be ignored.

    Good luck :)

Do you even have advertisement on your page?
Sorry for being so blunt. When I come to your page, I don't see an ad (being an AM I see, but being a user I dont see). Also I dont see your content to be at par with the best of the world that I care to read your whole content to see ad then click it.

Basically you need a> Better placement b> more traffic

Agree with johnmacellen. Your traffic is still very low. In addition you have a duplicated content (content taken from other places such as websites, pdf's etc.). Some tags are missing values such as description. Design is OK for now.

    1. Start adding new unique content/article at least once a week.
    2. Build links to your website
    3. Research high traffic keywords related to your domain and Do SEO
    4. Add Policy, Terms, contact us pages. (with physical address or PO Box)
    5. Finally use adsense heat map to place your ads and do some testing to find your best clickable spots.
    6. Keep doing #1, #2(SEO part) and #3 forever

I get around daily 3500 hits and still i don't make much on an average daily $2.You have to get more visitors in order to earn through adense.
