depends your traffic.. premium traffic : USA, CANADA, Australia, Germany, English.. if your traffic from non premium traffic, such as : Bangladesh, east timor or african country, you got low cpc and use HPK only..
The issue lies with your keywords. If you are having a good amount of impressions and clicks, you can easily monetize for affiliate marketing for example.
