the adsense delay

    I know adsense isn't real time, but does anyone know approximatly how long the delay is? Couple hours maybe?

    I think page impressions update 10-15min before clicks and earnings.

    30 minutes IMHO, or a little longer as mentioned above. One thing you make sure never to do whic his to keep checking it every 2 minutes.. Not only you will get bad looking stats, but you can only get penalize.

    I don't think checking it often causes any harm. I have been with adsense over a year and frequently check my stats and nothing has ever happened. Now that I think I about I probably login 30-40 (or more) times a day, either to check stats or to get new codes for sites. :eek:

    Don't even get me started about my adwords account... hah.

    You will not get penalized for checking your adsense account frequently. :rolleyes:

    I think it's dynamic, sometimes 30 mins, sometimes 2 hours, depending on their servers.

    How on earth could you get penalized for checking your own stats? Why would they do that? No WAY do they do that.

    Sometimes the stats are wrong when I check them, like 0 page impressions and 5 click, or the totals don't add up. Leaving it for 30 mins and coming back, everything is updated properly. So I'm sure it is done very regularly.

    Actually Google updated the adsense interface to help the Adsense Revenue Addicts that check their stats every 15 minutes....

    Speaking of which I gotta go check Adsense & YPN......:cool:

    If you using Firefox theirs a nice extension called "Adsense Notifier - Displays your adsense earnings on the status bar". I don;t log in know like I did. I have mine set to refresh every 40 mins. Its found here https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/500/ and no affilation with it.
