Well yea u can these are called Made For Adsense but the content is not unique so its tough to promote such things
I personnally don't think they are any good, so I never tried any of them, but perhaps those who have tried think otherwise..
right because when the content would not be unique then u will not get traffic and traffic is need for earnngs .......
This is not a good idea. You can do one thing make a website with adsense and rss feed. That is the best autopilot way....

I love to pamper traffic on one niche blog without ads just to refer to a MFA sites later. Isn't it make sense? Traffic wins!
In terms of getting a genuine traffic to your site, you should personally prepare it rather than to go with the ready made site. Also choose a good niche that will boost your traffic/
Hi! I did the same mistake earlier also by purchasing sites with adsense ready. I got huge content for a very low cost but the site was never indexed by any search engine and it remained a wastage of money since I did not get any traffic so no clicks. I suggest that you can use the same for reference ( in case you want to purchase ) but it's better to start your site with unique and quality content. Your site will get indexed in search engines and thus get traffic and hence good adsense earnings.
I used to own a MFA (Made For Adsense) site. Traffic wasn't very high, but earnings were just extremely low . Even though the content was unique.
Even if you decide to go for an adsense ready site you can get the content and spin it, to make it unique. Use a good spinner of course!
SEO can help a bit to drive traffic but it would take a lot of effort if the content is not unique. I will suggest you to add unique content to your blogs/sites and then do SEO. It will provide great results.
