Besides I would like yo see the full list of earnings. From the given list its just 18 days. What if the earnings for the rest of the days were very low? Also how do you get the themes? How much is the server requirement?

There is no server requirement, its a simple wordpress site....Themes are taken from free resources on internet....

It uses wordpress......I get free themes that are widely spreaded over internet......I will tell you the resources for sure...

I m extremely dissaopinted with people here on DP, they are offering me 30-100$ for a site that makes 30$ a month itself......I took hours to reply to PMs, and when I opened my account in morning, I saw Replies that were offering me 30/40/60/90$, I was like WTF? Do people here even know about the 12x rule ?

Maybe you should let people know what your looking for so you dont waste their time and they dont waste yours.

 

Please consider Time of others as valuable as yours. You should give them an Idea to start bidding/offer from a basic price...

And if the OP doesn't put the price in main thread, does it make a site that earns 30+ a month worth only 30$? I thought people are grown up enough and they will offer like 9x, 11x! but 30/40/50$ makes sense to both of you?

 

There is no 12x rule. The site is worth what you can sell it for, its just most sellers like to sell 12X its current stable income.

They also show consistant earnings and traffic.
