I want to pay my hosting provider. But they not accepting paypal only accepting credit cards. I'm afraid to enter my credit card no and cvv no there, becuase its an unsecured site. How will I pay for their service? I have heard about VCC. Can I use it there? Can I Make any VCC through paypal??

Why dont you ask your hosting provider to send you a secure payment link of a authorized payment processor. I am sure since they are in this business they have tie up with some payment processor. Just ask to get a payment link.
Just buy a vcc for this and pay for your hosting. Usually you will pay around $10 o $15for the vcc. A good source is debitcards4ll.net

yes, my 2 cents too, webhostingpad is a good and authorized company. they will not play such dirty games because they know the legalities. So go ahead with paying them. Simple way would be pay them and block your card for sometime.
