One of my website was crashed due to some reasons, Now I have installed a wordpress blog software on the same domain, But Google blocked my website in search (Due to many previous urls which were not found when google referred the visitor to my website according to old site-map).

After my request of reevaluation Google unbanned my blog but now Google not indexing my blog pages and even does,t search with complete name (www.phondi.com).
    Please give me some solution.

Your site is begging to have you adsense account terminated with the loss of any earnings.

Copyright infringement, hacking, links to warez. I suggest you read the adsense TOS immediately and remove adsense from your site.

    You did one big mistake,

1)First of all you should use old URLs so that Google can maintain your rankings on Search Engine.
    2) If using new URLs was necessary the you should put permanent redirect code (also called 301 redirect and Server redirect) to convey Google that the old URL has been permanently shifted to the new one, this way google transfer the ranking to new URL.

Try to get more backlinks to get index from google. Specially from some blogs and forums signature.
That will help you to get index fast.

You could have used permalink redirect WordPress Plugin which redirect the old url to new one.
