First I was reluctant because google does not suspend accountS that easily UNLESS he was cheating google ?? holy crud. went through that on a client for graphics work. got screwed immediately because I did not take him through the company website where he would have to agree to TOS before opening an account AND before he even pulled a credit card out of his wallet to pay. Guess what - rather than go through hell - I gave it back, pulled out my hair and gritted my teeth. I then went out got a bottle of Jack - and threw up 6 hours later after cussing him out to holy hell.

dO YOU NEED DOCS are something? Wouldnt want anyone to go through that...and you've got paypal to deal with. Reminds me of when I had to deal with them. Anyway, you'll be busy for a LONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG TIME WITH THEM. So sorry.

That's normal, even though I get em in 48hrs-72hrs. it happens so fast clients dont appreciate it enough....so I stop telling them...they dont care. they want sales. Your guy/he's in canada...good luck with the feds on that one. Your bet is with: you guessed it, the canadian authorities.

I've dealt with canada...they hate scammers. But - it wont do you anygood with paypal.

Bottom line....no radio or checkbox verifiying his agreement to TOS - you might get fried...like I did. All it took for me is ONE conversation with a credit card processing company to know NOT to do favors for any client or potentials. Do you need to see a page full of nightmares....? Say no, you'll sleep better.

At least it wasnt YOUR dollars.

Result: I make a whole lot less money BUT - I stopped pulling my teeth out.

I should also point out that Julian is breaking the law in more ways than one; and that if he were able to take this guy to court (he can't, I checked,) he could be counter sued for slander, amongst other things.

On a side note, is anyone else perplexed as to why Julian ends so many statements with question marks?
