Selling Selling Well Designed hosting Site (whmcs + many customs)

Site is being sold for a friend of mine.

2) The design - 12 fully coded pages (design alone originally worth $300) and WHMCS/Client integration (worth $30)

3) Traffic - Although the site hasn't been around long the traffic is high. 12582 Unique visits this month. Alexa 7 day ranking = 828,484 (not bad for a relatively new site). The site is already on google, yahoo, bing, etc as well as being in the major web hosting directories. All existing clients have been sold and transferred to a well respected host already.

4) Ready to go and make a profit - This site will be making profit in no time at all. It has the traffic and is ready to go. All the new owner will need to do is change the PayPal address on thier WHMCS. I am currently paying $26.95/month for a reseller account which is fantastic value for what it offers and the new owner can take this over if they wish. They get the billing/WHMCS license (alone worth $15/month), along with all the hosting and bandwidth they'll need and a very impressive $6.95 domain reseller and a feature called "end user support" which means their tech team deal with all support tickets submitted via WHMCS saving the owner a lot of time. Who is the Hosting company? How long in business? What country are they located in? Shows can sell reseller accounts? How does this work if operating on just a reseller account? dO THEY OFFER YOU mASTER RESELLER ACCOUNT OR ??? Please advise -Thanks

 

The company is SuperValueWeb. They haven't been around long, however they have already had a lot of work put into advertising meaning the traffic and sign up ratio is as good as an established host. The company are predominantly getting traffic from and selling to the UK, however there is still a good amount of interest and traffic from the US, Canada and a number of other countries. It's just a normal reseller account, however the company used, innohosting, provide resellers with good discounts on further white labled reseller accounts to resell to their clients, meaning a good profit can be made.
