Its been well fed and armed with some strong Backlinks and SEO optimization. The blog uses AutoBlogged for automatic blogging - works like a charm

I am Sorry I will not tell you the site or the exact keyword its optimized for, as both of these actions will lead to considerable disadvantage to the potential buyer - as its quiet an untapped niche.


The Niche of the Blog focusses on Very Desperate people, and only because of this the conversions are very high. Simply because desperate people have a weakened rationale.


I monetize the website with CPAlead offers. Blocked something that the readers desperately require with CPA surveys, and currently I am getting a 6%-7% conversion, which i believe is still low for the niche. Even this conversion takes the monthly earnings to $200/month (round about - sometime $180, sometimes $240)

Actually I need some quick money so i want a quick sell. Although I am ready to let it go cheap - I will certainly not sell it for peanuts, since alot of time and money has gone into the SEO aspect of the site. The buyer gets a ready made cake!

I'm interested in this, but you can't really expect to sell a site without telling the potential buyer what the site is. If you wish, please PM me the site along with what keywords it ranks for. As a potential buyer its hard to buy something when I don't know what I'm getting.

Some People have asked me what type of SEO strategy I've gone for. I'd like to tell you that although I have built lots of strong backlinks from high PR pages, the primary strategy has been ALL in ALL Internal SEO with lots of (1000+ Posts) keyword rich content, well optimized tags and a Web of carefully selected keywords have been made around the site, and the results have been impressive.

As far as giving the domain and other details are concerned, well I am GIVING them to the REALLY serious buyers, and ofcourse I don't expect you to blindly buy the site without knowing the domain. I just wanted to keep it as low profile as possible for the sake of the buyer. So if you are actually serious about it, ask for the details and I will send them to you.
