If someone offered you a billion dollars for you to permanently lose your hearing, would you take the deal? You wouldn't be able to listen to music for the remainder of your entire life.
Could I buy my hearing back or invent some sort of super hearing aid for 0.9 billion? Then I would do it for the net profit. Otherwise I would not give up my hearing.
Nah, my senses are important to me. I wouldn't give up my hearing for all the money in the world. I love music, and for me life without music would be boring. But hey, if i did get the chance to make that deal and i took it, at least i'd still have my vision, and that means, more gaming!
Yea but NuclearWolf, how would you play Counter Strike? You NEED your hearing for that game, if I play on mute or with music going I get destroyed. lol However as for me, I am with Stevie. I'd just buy artificial hearing and take the money
No way, people who are deaf are willing to spend billions just to hear, why would I want to go the other way?
Ahh, thats actually a really good point cool_78. haha I never thought of it that way, and I could see feeling that way if I were born deaf. I guess I'm just greedy. lol
I would have taken it if there was some way for me to listen just music and not to people. hmmm... Makes sense??
If my family was in serious debt or something I would take it but, I wouldn't because I love music and hearing and etc. !
I would do it if I could figure a way to cheat and get a Artificial ear drum installed Ive seen people with those plastic things in their head going to their ear to help them hear.
No thanks. I like to hear the people I love whisper, laugh, joke and tease. A billion dollars can't buy you that joy.
Idk... a BILLION dollars though? Call me greedy but that might make me pretty happy. As for blindness for the money, noo way, not worth it.
