using a warez site for cpa registration

i wanna go for a cpa subscription and willing to use a warez site, something like tv show streaming as my website url, i haven't built the site yet, just wanted to ask 1st before i go ahead and buy domain and hosting,work the seo and traffic so if you guys have any suggestion and names of reliable cpa companies that accepts warez
